Product Description
Two stage pelletizing extruder of KR series extruders consisted of two stage components.The first stage is KR co-rotating twin-screw extruder, the second stage is KR single screw extruder.This machine first of all to realize material better compounding and shearing by twin-screw, then the single screw fulfills the task of extruding and granulating.
The scientific and advanced structure of our two stage pelletizing extruder can avoid material decomposition phenomena due to overheating.To combines the advantage of twin-screw and single screw together and complementation, likewise, propitious to every craft distribution and optimize so that making higher efficient and production capacity.

Two stage extrusion & under-water pelleting system for TPR granules has been abroad applied to PVC cable material, recycled PVC material,XLPE material, low smoke free halogen cables, shield material,chemical crosslinking cable material, shoe sole material, wood plastic, a wide range of uses.
