Processing of Filler Masterbatch
a) Feeding
There two feeding system for the filler masterbatch extruder:
Volumetric feeding system
Weight the raw material separately according to the formula
Then put all the material into high speed mixer for 5~10minutes mixing
Discharge the material into spiral loader
Loading the material into the hopper of volumetric feeder

Put the raw material into each tank on the ground.
Vacuum loader will convey each component into the storing silo.

*TSE series filler masterbatch extruder has various modes of pelletizing, such as water-cooling strand machine, air-cooling pelletizing machine, water-ring pelletizing machine, under water pelletizing machine etc.
*The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heat-treatment, which is possessed with high corrosion-resistant and high functions.
