Application

Engineer plastic generally means SAN, ABS, PET, PBT, POM, PMMA, PA6, PA66, PC and all reinforced and modified polymers used in injection and extrusion applications.

Processing methods: short fiber reinforce compounding and long-fiber thermoplastic (LFT).


Features
The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2. Special screw combination
euro-style rectangle barrl, reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed,which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller.
